Reflex Imaging Pricing Guideline

Standard Photo Shoot - $300

Standard photo shoots take approximately one hour, include one hour of post production processing and generate up to 15 images.

Intermediate Photo Shoot - $375

Includes up to 90 minutes on site, 90 minutes post production, and generates up to 22 images.

Estate Photo Shoot - $475

For properties between 3000 and 4500 square feet, or more detailed shoots. Includes up to 2 hours for production, 2 hours for post production processing and up to 30 images.

Exterior Only Shoot or Repeat Visit - $125

Generates 1-3 images. Includes additional exterior or view shots delivered prior to scheduled appointment. There is a minimum charge of $100 per visit.

Half Day Rate - $800

Four hours on site, multiple locations, up to 80 images.

Full Day Rate - $1600

Eight hours on site, multiple locations, unlimited images.

Advanced Digital Image Editing - $100/hr

Please note that there are some types of edits we are not allowed by law to perform such as removal of power lines, physical defects in the property or surrounding grounds, or removal of any object which may potentially obscure such defects.

Same Day Delivery - $125

Please notify us at the time the appointment is made if you require same day delivery of your images. We cannot promise same day delivery during peak season or without prior request.

After Hours Shoot - add an additional - $100

Our standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. If your property requires a shoot after hours we will be happy to accommodate such a request for an additional fee of $125.

Please note that listed prices are for single locations only. Adding multiple locations to any shoot will increase the cost, and we request you supply a list of locales at least 24 hours before the day of the shoot. Please call to discuss details.

Any shoot cancelled on the same business day of a scheduled appointment is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.

We advise you have your property staged and/or cleaned before the start of the shoot; all properties will be shot "As Is".
